Statutory liability (German Commercial Code)
The moving company is liable by law for loss and damage between pick-up and delivery — limited to €620 per cubic metre of loading space required.
Extended cover on request
For particularly valuable goods (art, piano, high-value furniture) extended cover is available. Just ask us during the survey.
Careful packing
Professional packing, padding and securing minimises the risk from the start — damage remains the absolute exception.
Clear handling in case of damage
Should something happen after all, we document it transparently and settle it without hassle.
