Vercel

We host our website with our processor Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel provides and delivers the website via a globally distributed content delivery / edge network.

Connection data is processed for the purpose of providing and delivering the website. For the mere purpose of delivering and providing the website, the data is not stored beyond the access.

The legal basis for the data processing is the legitimate interest (the absolute technical necessity to provide and deliver the service “website” expressly requested by your access) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When the website is delivered, personal data – in particular your IP address – may be transferred to the USA. A data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses is in place with Vercel. The USA does not have a level of data protection equivalent to the EU; in particular, US authorities may access data. The legal basis for the transfer is the standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

For the operation of the website, the connection data and further personal data are additionally processed within the scope of various other functions or services. You are informed about this in detail within this privacy policy under the individual functions or services.

Server log files

For the purpose of monitoring the technical function and increasing operational security, connection data is processed by our processor in server log files. The storage period depends on the technical and security-related requirements.

The legal basis for the data processing is the legitimate interest (the absolute technical necessity of a server log file as a fundamental data basis for error analysis and security measures within the service “website” expressly requested by your access) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form

On our website you have the option of contacting us directly via a contact form. After you submit the contact form, the personal data you have entered is processed by the controller for the purpose of handling your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, until revoked.

There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. Failure to provide it merely means that you cannot transmit your request and we cannot process it.

To protect against automated misuse (spam), a technical check is carried out on submission to determine whether the form was filled in by a human – among other things based on the time taken to fill it in and a form field that is not visible to you (honeypot). No cookies are set and no data is transferred to third parties in the process.

Right to object

Insofar as the processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing.

Unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing on our part, the processing of your data on the basis of this legal basis will be discontinued.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing.

The lawfulness of the data processed up to the objection is not affected by the objection.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw consent already given at any time. An informal notice, e.g. by email to info@deinmove.de, is sufficient.

In the case of consent to receive electronic advertising, your consent can be withdrawn by clicking on the unsubscribe link. In this case, processing will be discontinued unless there is another legal basis.

The lawfulness of the data processed up to the withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.

Data subject rights

You also have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of personal data.

Insofar as the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent or a contract concluded with you, you also have the right to data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. You can find further information on the supervisory authorities in the European Union here.
