To determine the scope of your move, you are welcome to contact us by phone, e-mail or online enquiry to arrange a free, non-binding on-site inspection (including Neu-Ulm) with our customer advisor.

You also have the option of sending us the exact details such as loading and unloading address, floors, lift availability and a precise list of your removal goods by email or online enquiry form, which we will pass on to our customer advisor for assessment.

As soon as we have received the assessment, we will send you an offer for your move in Ulm or to Ulm by post or e-mail as soon as possible. Just as you wish.

Of course not. According to the German Civil Code, a valid contract between two parties only comes into being through offer and acceptance or two concurring declarations of intent.

For you, this means that you only enter into a legally binding contract with us once you have expressly agreed to it or confirmed it with your signature.

As the on-site inspection is one of our exclusive services for our customers in Ulm, it is of course free of charge and non-binding for you.

It is difficult to estimate the exact time required for an inspection, but experience has shown that an inspection takes around 15-20 minutes. Of course, this can vary depending on the size and complexity of the move in Ulm.

In this case, we recommend viewing the flat with the larger household goods. With regard to the other flat, we ask for a written list of the items to be moved and presented at the viewing.

For each additional address €40.00 net will be charged. The standard price includes two addresses (one loading and one unloading address).

In general, it can be said that especially in the case of very narrow 1-lane roads or busy main roads, which make it almost impossible to find a parking space, it is strongly recommended to have us set up no-stopping zones so that your removal or transport can be carried out in the shortest possible time.

The facility must be requested directly from us and costs €60.00 net per address. At addresses with large entrances or driveways, we should first talk to the owner responsible to see if we can be allowed to park our lorry there for the duration of the move. At other addresses where there are always direct parking options, it is not absolutely necessary to set up no-parking zones. Simply speak to our staff.

The no stopping zones are set up 72 hours before the move.

As a general rule, you should never pack the boxes right up to the top. Even if we have very strong and experienced colleagues on site, it should always be possible for you to lift the box without too much effort.

This also ensures that the boxes do not break under the load during transport. Otherwise, you should try to pack some of the boxes with heavier items and place sheets, clothing or other light items on top.

First of all, we need to carry out a free inspection at your premises to assess the volume of your removal. In very urgent cases, it is also possible to send us the removal goods by e-mail or online enquiry. After the inspection, you will receive a cost estimate from us, which you must submit to your local authority together with 2 other cost estimates from other companies. The office will then check all the cost estimates submitted. Please note that this may take some time (approx. 2-4 weeks or longer). We therefore recommend that our customers request quotations as early as possible so that, in the event of rejection by the office, there is sufficient time to reduce our estimated price or obtain new quotations if necessary.

If we are awarded the contract for your move to Ulm or in Ulm, you will usually be issued with a cost coverage certificate by post or directly on site by your clerk. We need this in the original. You can make a copy for your records, but this is not necessary as only our company is authorised to redeem this voucher. If you have not already done so, please let us know your preferred date by telephone or in writing. The only thing you need to do now is to have your identity card or passport ready on the day of the move, as one of our employees will come to you after the move has been completed with the cost transfer form, on which you must enter your identity card or passport number and confirm with your signature that we have provided the ordered services properly. We will take full responsibility for settling the account with the authorities.

As a second option, we offer video viewings.

Cardboard delivery is an exclusive service that we offer to all our customers. However, you are welcome to contact us by telephone if you would like to collect the packaging materials yourself.

It goes without saying that carton collection is free of charge.

Naturally, we stock a variety of cardboard boxes. We offer book boxes for books, crockery and other heavier items. The special feature is that they have a double, extremely stable base.

For clothes, especially evening dresses, suits etc., we offer dress boxes, which have an insertable clothes rail that allows you to hang your wardrobe neatly and crease-free, just like in the wardrobe. We have standard moving boxes for all other items.

In general, the costs for packing materials are not included. If you require this, please speak to our customer advisor or office staff in good time.

In most cases, nothing stands in the way of postponing your already booked appointment. However, if your order includes the setting up of no-stopping zones, you will have to bear the costs for the new application at the district office amounting to €60.00 net per address.

Please also note that it is no longer possible to reschedule directly on the day of the move. At best, simply get in touch with us and we will discuss everything else with you.

Our company attaches great importance to satisfying all customers, which is why we also offer weekend removals without a surcharge. However, you should note that many customers take advantage of this offer and therefore order their move from us as early as possible.

If you are flexible regarding the day of the week, appointments can be made within 2-3 weeks. However, it should be noted that experience has shown that our customers mainly book appointments at the beginning of the month or at the end of the month.

If you want to move in the middle of the month, you should book the date with us as early as possible. The same applies to removals that are to be carried out at the weekend. Please also note that we need at least 2 weeks' notice if you need to apply to the district office for a no-stopping zone for your move.
